WELCOME TO MAD SCIENCE CAMPS!
Join us for a single day or whole week, come see what fun you can have with our interactive Science Camps!

We have put the measures in place to provide a safe and reduced risk environment for all attendees.

Wraparound from 8.30am- 5.00pm £50 a day or £220 per week
Standard 9.30am - 3.30PM £38 a day or £160 per week
Final Collection is 5.00pm at the latest.

Enhanced CRB/DBS Checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Camp is for 5-11 year olds – We have a Labtech programme available for 11-14 year olds this summer. Please get in touch with us for more details.

We do try to take the kids outside each day if possible so please dress them in suitable clothing for the expected weather on the day.

What you can expect
a different topic and theme to explore daily with each bringing an unique science experience for our campers! Activities listed Mon - Friday below.
NITROGEN WEEK
Nitrogen - Do you have super science senses? You certainly will after immersing yourself in this week of Super Science Sleuthing! We're looking at our super human senses, delving into the science of crime science investigation. Will you be our Science Superhero and help save the day from those pesky villains? Don't be put off by too much pressure as we lift plenty of air in to the space. Nitrogen week is a fantastic blend of physics, biology, technology and the natural world! Come see for yourself.
Monday - Super Hero Day
Jump into Mad Science Super hero training! Learn about hulk juice and how to not make the same mistakes Bruce Banner did, investigate spiderman’s webs, design new superhero gadgets even batman would be proud of and learn your own superhero skills!
Tuesday -5 Alive
"Touch it, taste it, smell it, hear it and see it all for yourself as we bring to life the 5 alive senses! Are you a super duper taster? Can you tell what it is yet? Get stuck into our mystery feely boxes and challenge your friends to a blind taste test. Did you see that? There’s plenty of light bending illusions to trick even the sharpest of eyes & minds"
Wednesday - Under Pressure
Under Pressure is an exciting immersion in the science of air pressure and Bernoulli’s principle. Children enjoy the exciting tale of the Viking ship while learning about thermodynamics and weather systems. A hopping, hovering table tennis ball lets children experiment with unbalanced air pressure. Air-blasting Airzookas are a fun way to understand the physics of breathing. Children apply their knowledge to overcome gravity using compressed air.
Thursday - CSI
Deer stalkers and magnifying glasses at the ready… the game’s afoot! Can you uncover the clues and help solve the mystery? You’ll be dusting for prints and digging for DNA, chemical analysis back from the lab has given you a lead. But can you piece it all together before your suspect gets away? Join the crime science investigators on their case today.
Friday - Slime Challenge Day
We've got problem solving, creative inventing, scrap engineering and to top off a fun filled Friday... our super slime chefs challenge! Not to be missed.
